Beer Of The Month

La Cloche

6.9% ABV, 20 IBU, Stack Brewery

The La Cloche Mountains traverse the Northern Shore of Lake Huron and showcase the true beauty of the region. Just like the mountain range it is named after, this Belgian Blonde is a lot to take in. Golden with and lacy white head. Sweet floral notes of honey, spice, and coriander. Medium bodied and well-balanced. Long dry finish with notes of nectarine and pear. The beer features fruity esters, rich malt character, and a hint of spice.
