This local band, formerly The Fling, create schizophrenic twang pop. It's a bvattle royale between Smog and Sebadoh broadcast over a transitor radio. But, even that's too pat a description and doesn't take into account the "Come As You Are" guitar figure in the spooky Lezio's Bakery, the 60's vibe of Lonely Highway, or the clattering noise in Things Become Extinct. An oddity, to be sure, and not without its treasures.
