C'est What's platter menu is a fast, easy, and affordable way to feed fifteen people or more. Presented buffet style, your entire party will be served at the same time.

• All of the following items are available with three days notice, a confirmed reservation/booking, and a non-refundable 50% deposit. For suggestions on party platter combinations please click here.
• Your platter order could simply serve as a starter before a more formal sit-down meal.
• All prices are listed before taxes and gratuities. A 15% service gratuity will be added to all group reservation tabs.

Cold Trays

Blue corn tortilla chips with homemade salsa.

Tzatziki and Hummus $35
Garlic and lemon yogurt dip and puréed chickpea and garlic spread served with Greek-style pita for dipping.

Crudité $55
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, sweet peppers, tomato, cucumbers… the list goes on. All beautifully arranged and served with tzatziki for dipping - an edible centrepiece.

Antojitos $55
A C'est What classic. Soft flour tortillas rolled up with spiced cream cheese, olives and spinach, baked and cut into bite-sized pieces. Served with our salsa and sour cream.

Greek Salad $60
A tossed salad of tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and oregano in our chef's vinaigrette.

Baked soft flour tortillas filled with spicy tomato & cilantro salsa and cheddar served with sour cream and salsa. Stuffed with chicken, $75.

Lightly toasted slices of French stick topped with a tangy mixture of mixed cheeses, butter, garlic, and salsa.

Artichoke & Parmesan Dip $45
A paté of sweet roasted garlic, shallots, artichoke hearts, and fresh Parmesan cheese. Served hot with grilled Greek style pita bread and crudité.

Greek Style Pizza $50
Greek style pita topped with olive oil, onions, black olives, Parmesan, and grilled veggies.

Chicken Satay $75
Skewers of spicy marinated grilled beef or chicken served with chili pepper peanut sauce.

Shrimp Spring Rolls $75
Shrimp, fresh vegetables, and herbs wrapped in wheat flour pastry and deep-fried. Served with a curried lime dipping sauce.

Chicken Pita Pizza $75
Greek style pita topped with olive oil, onions, black olives, Parmesan, and grilled chicken.

Dijon Chicken $80
Chicken tenderloins breaded, deep fried and served with a piquant Dijon mustard dipping sauce.

Note that the following is a guideline only – we are able to customize to your specific needs, just ask us. Suggested quantities are equivalent to a light lunch per person – platter numbers should be adjusted upwards for a dinner sized feed or reduced for a modest cocktail gathering.
