Reservations & Party Booking Policies

Before you get all dressed up and invite the guests to your next keg party, please read up on how reservations and party bookings work here.

C'est What has been going strong since 1988 and has a devoted following. Our first priority is ensure that our regular customers can drop in without reservations and enjoy the experience. This can restrict the availability of party bookings during our busy season (roughly October through May). However, from roughly June to September, half our regulars are in their backyards or cottage country, so we have considerably more space available for your event.

Definitions

• Reservation. A group of six to twelve people, no advance deposit required.
• Booking. A group of thirteen or more people, advance deposit required, may involve minimum sales contract

Policies

• We accept reservations/bookings for an arrival time of the entire group of no later than 6 p.m.
• Sorry, no reservations on Fridays or Saturdays from October thru May (lunch excepted)
• There is a 15 minute grace period for reserved tables, if your entire group has not arrived by that time, we reserve the right to give the space to other waiting customers.
• Tables will only be seated when the entire group has arrived. Sending down an emissary from your party ahead of the groups arrival time will not ensure your party will be seated at a table. However, we are rarely at capacity and have plenty of casual bar space where your party can gather over the evening for cash and carry service.
• We can seat a maximum of 12 people around a single table grouping
• To ensure prompt service to all our customers, C’est What has a one table, one check policy.
• A 15% service gratuity will be added to group checks.
